Supporting the Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) on EDI
The Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) is a UK-based think tank dedicated to preparing governments and societies for high-impact, long-term risks, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), biosecurity, and global catastrophic risks. Their team is made up of incredibly talented and passionate individuals, deeply committed to their mission.
In 2024, we partnered with CLTR on a discovery project to support them in reviewing their existing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) efforts and provide tailored recommendations to further enhance their culture, policies, and processes.
As part of this work, we:
-
Facilitated an organisation-wide workshop to build a shared understanding of key EDI concepts and spark meaningful conversations about how CLTR could move forward collectively in this space.
-
Provided Inclusive Leadership coaching for senior team members, equipping them with the skills and confidence to embed inclusion into their leadership approach.
-
Designed and delivered a bespoke workshop for a specific team looking to refine and strengthen their onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, supported, and included from day one.
-
Reviewed and made recommendations to ensure that the organisation’s recruitment process was as inclusive as it could possibly be.
-
Beyond this initial engagement, we continue to serve as a trusted advisor to CLTR, offering guidance and acting as a sounding board as they progress on their EDI journey.
