Gigi is our resident social media guru and podcast queen, skilled in crafting communications that perfectly match the tone of our clients.

Gigi is passionate about facilitating diversity and inclusion through representation and education. She harnesses the power of communication to shine a light on the experiences of those in marginalised communities to increase understanding and break down barriers.​
Ryan Casey
Communications and Projects Assistant

Ryan is our expert on all things research, communications and tech. He has a great ability to cut through the detail and present information in a meaningful and concise way as well as identifying the key messages we need to see.

Ryan has a passion for increasing inclusion for everyone within our clients, particularly those with disabilities and mental health issues.

Our founder, Trish Driver, is a diversity and inclusion strategist with 20 years’ experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors to achieve true culture change – both in-house, and as a consultant. She is a youth mentor and qualified coach and a regular keynote speaker on all matters diversity and inclusion.
A New Normal is built on the pillars of our founder's passion for her subject, creative problem solving and authenticity.
Julie Martins
Director of DE&I Consultancy.

Julie has over 20 years of corporate experience. She has worked across the full talent management cycle throughout her career; recruitment, succession planning, training, marketing and communications. D&I has remained at the forefront and continues to be her passion.
She works with our clients, supporting them to make their organisations as inclusive and equitable as possible. Julie is an engaging facilitator who combines subject matter expertise and lived experience to start conversations that matter. She believes that a truly inclusive culture empowers people and businesses to thrive.
Cheryl Morgan
Trans Awareness Trainer

Cheryl is our expert on transgender issues. She is available for training and consultancy services.
Cheryl underwent gender transition in the 1990s. She has lived and worked in Australia and California as well as the UK. Her clients for training work include the NHS, the police and various universities.
Cheryl is also an acknowledged expert on trans history in the ancient world.
Kate Cahn
Director of Business Operations

Kate brings experience from both the corporate world and third sector. She has a wide range of responsibilities to ensure that, externally, we deliver the highest possible quality service to all of our clients, and internally, all operational and financial processes run smoothly. Relationships are important to Kate; she works closely with our clients to ensure their projects are being driven forwards and also enjoys mentoring and coaching both in and outside of work.
Kate is a wearer of many hats; they could include working with the Comms and Creative team, indulging her creative side by inputting to campaigns or uncovering a different way to develop business strategies for A New Normal.
Graham Herbert

Graham is a certified life coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. His background in the corporate world has included developing and delivering leadership sessions, including topics such as unconscious bias, emotional intelligence and growth mindset.

She was selected for NatWest’s prestigious Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme.
